Movie Theater Photo Ticket Sizes (CGV, Megabox, Lotte Cinema, Cine Q)

प्रकाशित 2026-10-16

Photo tickets in Korean movie theater apps expect a different image size and aspect ratio for each theater. A photo that does not match can end up with empty margins or cropped sides, so it helps to know the resolution before you make one.

What is the photo ticket resolution for each theater?

The values below are for portrait photo ticket images.

These values come from user checks and reviews, and are current as of October 16, 2026. Theater apps can change their specs, so check the preview in the app when it matters.

Is CGV Standard different from CGV Extended?

Yes. CGV uses different sizes by ticket type: Standard is 1000 × 1435px and Extended is 1000 × 1605px, the same width but a taller image. An image made for Standard may show margins at the top and bottom, or look off in ratio, when used on Extended.

What happens if the size does not match?

• A photo with a wider ratio gets its sides cropped or leaves empty space at the top and bottom.
• A low-resolution photo can look blurry when it is scaled up.
• Keep faces and text toward the center so they are not cut off at the edges.

How to make a photo ticket image with prezll

1. Upload your photo to the prezll photo ticket maker. It is processed only inside your browser.
2. Pick a theater and the crop frame snaps to that theater's ratio.
3. Drag the frame to choose the part you want to keep.
4. Save, and the image is exported at the exact resolution of the theater you chose.
5. Add the saved image on the photo ticket screen of the theater app.

If your theater is not on the list, you can enter a custom width and height in the resize tool.

Your photo is never sent to a server, so you can work with personal photos safely.
